Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 4–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier operations.
During peak seasonal periods, holidays, or times of high demand, shipping delays of one to two additional weeks may occur due to carrier congestion, customs processing, or international transit delays. These delays are outside of our control.
We offer international shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on location.
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from the shipping date, you will be eligible for a full refund, and you will still receive the product.
Shipping Costs

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may not scan packages immediately.
