Refund policy
At NexaFashion™, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Process

To initiate a return, contact us at nexafashionco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3–7 business days.
Refund While Order Is in Transit

If a customer requests a refund while the order is in transit, only a partial refund will be issued initially.

For a full refund, customers must wait to receive the package and then return the product to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, the remaining refund will be processed.
Exceptions

Items on sale cannot be returned.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
