1. 📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location across USA and Canada. Here's a general breakdown of what to expect:

2. 🔍 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package in real time directly on our website.

💡 Tip: If you don't see our email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder as it may have landed there. Please also allow a few business days for the tracking system to update and become fully active.


3. ⏳ It's been over 10 business days and my order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

We completely understand how frustrating this can be and we sincerely apologize for the delay! Here's what we recommend:

  • First, check your tracking number for any updates or delivery attempts
  • In rare cases, packages may be held at customs — this can cause short delays
  • Please allow an additional 3 business days beyond your expected delivery date
  • If your package still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at canadianwearsupport@gmail.com and we will personally look into it and find a solution for you

4. ❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within a specific time window after placing it:

  • Orders placed between 12:01 AM – 4:00 PM (ET): You have up to 8 hours to request a cancellation
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (ET): The cancellation window closes at 12:00 AM midnight (ET)


To request a cancellation, email us immediately at canadianwearsupport@gmail.com with your order number.

⚠️ Once your order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances. A return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
