Not completely happy with your purchase? We truly apologize for the inconvenience and we want to make things right. At Canadian Wear, your satisfaction is our top priority. You are welcome to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, and we will issue a full refund to your bank account as soon as we receive the returned item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• ✅ Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached
  
• ✅ The product must show absolutely no signs of wear or use
  
• ✅ All original packaging should be included where possible
  

How to Start a Return

Simply send us an email at canadianwearsupport@gmail.com and our team will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return, so you have proof of shipment in the event your package is lost in transit.

📌 Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The risk of loss or damage during return shipping is covered by Canadian Wear once the package is confirmed delivered to our warehouse.

Return Steps — Simple & Easy

Step 1 — Fill out the return form provided by our support team

Step 2 — Carefully pack your items along with the completed return form. Make sure your package includes a track &
trace code for your own protection

Step 3 — Once we receive and inspect your return, Canadian Wear will process your refund within 5 business days and credit the amount directly back to your account

Return Address

To obtain the correct return address, please contact our support team at canadianwearsupport@gmail.com before sending anything back. In some cases, an alternative return address such as a logistics warehouse may be provided.

Please make sure your item is securely and carefully packaged before shipping. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets all return conditions. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed promptly.

⚠️ Important: Please be aware that returning items to an overseas warehouse can sometimes be a lengthy and costly process. We encourage you to review our return conditions carefully before making a purchase to avoid any surprises.

Refused Delivery or Uncollected Packages

If you refuse delivery at your door or fail to collect your parcel from the post office, your package will be automatically returned to the carrier. In this case, Canadian Wear reserves the right to deduct $25 CAD from your refund to cover the associated handling and return costs.

Order Cancellations

All order times and cancellation deadlines are based on Eastern Time (ET — Toronto, Canada), regardless of your location.

Cancellations are only accepted within a specific time window after your order is placed:

🕛 Orders Placed Between 12:01 AM – 4:00 PM (ET)

You have up to 8 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.

🕓 Orders Placed After 4:00 PM (ET)

These orders are entered into processing on the same day. The cancellation window closes at 12:00 AM midnight (ET).

❗ Once an order enters processing at 12:01 AM (ET), cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation

If your order is still within the eligible cancellation window, email us immediately at canadianwearsupport@gmail.com with your order number included in the message.
Cancellation requests submitted after the applicable deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

After Your Order Has Been Processed

Once your order has entered processing or has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to return the item, please wait until your order is delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with our

Return Policy above.
